Returns & Exchanges for ONLINE Purchases:
Items must have original tags & merchandise must be unworn.


ALL Sale & Final Sale merchandise are NOT eligible for return or exchange.


Full  Priced Merchandise will be accepted for Return within 10 days of receiving your items for a Full Refund to the original form of payment, exchange, or store credit. After this you have 30 days for exchange or store credit ONLY.


To return or exchange an item, enclose the original packing receipt in the package. To ensure full refund please make sure all product is in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all store tags attached.

Are your In Store return policies different than your Online Store?
Yes. Please carefully read the section that applies to your order.

Do you offer free return shipping?
We do not offer return labels. The customer is responsible for covering the postage costs to send their return back to us. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services to make sure your package arrives safely back to us.


Please make sure of our return policy and that your items are eligible for a refund before sending your items back.


How fast will my order be delivered?
We ship out same day or next. You will receive items within 5-7 business days.


Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! In order to do so please contact us at Ariel@whiskeyleather.com so we may create a special shipping price for your items!If not, you will receive an email from us after you purchase. Please expect shipping times to be longer.


How long do I have to Return my items for a Full Refund?

Online orders will have 10 days to get product back to us for full refund. After that you have 30 days with an option of either an exchange or store credit. There are NO refunds for in store purchases. You can either exchange or choose store credit ONLY.

What are the requirements for exchanges and returns?
All exchange items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with store tags still attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box and in their original condition. If there is any indication that items were worn we will not be able to return the items. If items are returned outside of the eligible return window, you will receive store credit ONLY. This applies to both Online & In Store purchases.


How do special orders work?
If we do not have an item in stock but you are still wanting it, please reach out to one of our representatives to see if we can order it for you!

Special orders must be purchased before we order the item. Special orders cantake 2 to 3 weeks to get in. All special orders are only eligible for exchange or store credit ONLY

How long do custom items take to get in?
We try our best to get custom items to you as quick as possible. If theitem is being custom made, please give us 2-3 weeks to get in. All purchases are final.
