Returns & Exchanges for Online Purchases

 

Full Priced Merchandise: All returns will be accepted within in 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment, exchange or online store credit.

 

Sale Merchandise: All sale and discounted items purchased online will be eligible for exchange or store credit only.

 

Final Sale Merchandise: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for a return or exchange.

How do you return an online order?

To return or exchange an item, enclose the original packing receipt in the package. To ensure full refund please make sure all product have tags attached. Ship back to the following address:

What is your in store return policy? 

Full Priced Merchandise:

All returns will be accepted within in 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only.

 

Sale Merchandise:

All sale and discounted items purchased online will be eligible for exchange or store credit only. All sale and discounted items must be returned within 10 days of purchase.

 

Final Sale Merchandise:

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for a return or exchange.

 

Items that cannot be refunded:

We do not accept except returns or exchanges on the following items: Lingerie, swimwear, vintage items, books, artwork and jewelry.

What are the requirements for exchanges and returns? 

All return items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with store tags still attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box and in their original condition. If there is any indication that items were worn we will not be able to return the items. If items are returned outside of the eligible return window, they items will either be returned for store credit or back to the customer

How do special orders work? 

If we do not have an item in stock but you are still wanting it, please reach out to one of our representatives to see if we can order it. Special orders must be purchased before we order the item. Special orders can take 2 to 3 weeks to get in. All special orders are eligible for exchange or store credit.

How long do custom items take to get in? 

We try our best to get custom items to you as quick as possible. If the item is being custom made, please give us 2-3 weeks to get in. All purchases are final.
